On November 21, 2023, the director of the Regional Higher Medical College of Zhezkazgan Moldina Meruert Aitmaganbetovna and the state institution “Department of emergency situations of the Ulytau region of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan” signed a memorandum of cooperation. According to the memorandum, the institutions jointly conduct seminars, trainings and training games. Emergency workers have the opportunity to provide First Aid, Study in a medical college. In addition, graduates of the Medical College have the opportunity to get a job at the ABAT Medical Center under the Department of emergency situations.
