Medical College of Zhezkazgan recently overcame another important step in its formation as a modern educational institution, the preparation of which is internationally recognized. It has successfully passed the difficult procedure of international accreditation. Its activities were evaluated on several criteria, such as material and technical base, compliance with educational programs, the level of training of students, their demand in the labor market and many others. Thus, its diplomas in the very near future will have international recognition, and its teachers and students will receive academic mobility, that is, the opportunity to study in medical schools of the near and far abroad. It should be noted that the model of teaching nursing, which is now successfully tested within its walls, is called the "Finnish model", it has already proved itself in Finland for many years and is adopted in a number of countries, including Kazakhstan.
