After graduation, she began her career at the Zhezkazgan Children's City Hospital, where she worked as a nurse in the intensive care unit for a long time.
For several years she worked as a senior nurse in the nursing department of the public association "Nursaya"
Since 2010. and until the last day worked as a laboratory assistant at the Higher Medical College.
Baken Turmaganbetovna was a very conscientious, executive, attentive, responsive person and perfectly performed her official duties.
With her passing, the college suffered a great loss.
